How much paperwork is there?
Whilst paperwork and records are a necessity, the main focus of ECAAS assessments is on your business' capacity to effectively manage the relevant elements of your operations, products and services.
As part of the assessment process ECAAS assessors consider all systems in context of the nature, scale and complexity of each business.
Furthermore the focus is on simple, real-world solutions for your business and sensible interpretation of the requirements of each standard.

The real test of your management system is not the number of pages in a manual or how many procedures the organisation has, but whether the systems ensure effective control is being exercised and does it maintain their capacity to achieve the desired outcomes.
No two organisations are the same and as such ECAAS auditors expect that no two management systems should necessarily be the same.
Whilst the requirements of the standard must be met, the system should reflect your organisation so if it's really working effectively for you it's likely to work for us regardless of how much or little paperwork there is.
